From Concept to Company: Building Strong Foundations for Medtech Innovation
October 29, 2025

A Complimentary Webinar from the Chrysalis Founders
About the Webinar
Too many medical technologies fail not because the idea wasn’t strong—but because the strategy wasn’t. Unvalidated clinical need, unprotected IP, unclear regulatory pathways, and missing reimbursement plans can derail even the most promising innovation.
On October 29, Chrysalis Incubator will host a complimentary webinar on how to establish the right foundation from the start. Our founding partners will share insights from client engagements and introduce our Phase Zero process—a disciplined framework that validates need, defines strategy, and prepares innovators for funding and commercialization.
If you’re working on a new medical technology, this session will help you reduce risk, sharpen your story, and improve your chances of success.
What You’ll Learn
- Validate the Clinical Need
- Define Regulatory, IP, and Reimbursement Strategy
- Build Investor Readiness
